Appointment & Cancellation Policy: to honor the time reserved for every guest, we kindly ask that all appointment changes be made with adequate notice. 8 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment ONLINE. Late Cancels with less than 8 hours are charged a $30 fee. Missed appointments will be charged 50% of reserved service fee. No show visits from packages or memberships result in forfeiture of that scheduled session. Thank you for your respect of other patients.
